      Mental Health Webinar (MIPA Sejiwa 2020) is an annual event held by the Department of Advocacy and Student Welfare (Adkesma) BEM FMIPA UI with the topic 'Coping Stress in the face of the COVID-19 Pandemic". This webinar collaborates with Himpunan Mahasiswa FMIPA UI and also Founder Simpul Psikologi for the speakers. This webinar was held for the public and attended by around 614 participants. As a steering committee, i responsible to : • Constructed a schedule of events and contact and invite resource persons and moderators• Created Terms of Reference (ToR) for resource persons and moderators• Made an announcements to members of the HMD community from each department regarding the upcoming events• Recapitulation of questionnaires distributed to students• Ensured the event takes place according to the mutually agreed arrangement• Delivered the results of the minutes to all training participants Show less SKS (Sekolah Konseling Sebaya) is a training activity held by the Department of Advocacy and Student Welfare (Adkesma) BEM FMIPA UI with the target of activities for all HMD in MIPA. The topic raised as the theme this year was "How to be a good listener". This event was attended by around 34 participants and collaborated with the Makara UI Clinic. This event aims to prepare members of Kesma HMD and Adkesma BEM FMIPA UI to become good and skilled facilitators in facilitating the collection of aspirations and complaints from all FMIPA UI students. The target of this event is all student associations of each study program.As a Project Officer , I responsible to :- Managed twelve staffs in each division to support the continuity of the event, which was attended by 34 participants from various universities.- Prepared for project planning, which included the creation of a detailed project plan.- Determine the soft skill training concept including theme, date of event, speakers, MC, head and staff of each divisions (Secretary, Treasurer, Events, Public Relations and Design).- Created correspondence such as event proposal, terms of reference, letter of invitation and rundown.- Monitored project progress for each division, manage workflow of the project, and other reports.- Maintained positive relation with speakers who is psychologist from Clinic Makara UI.- Ensured that soft skill training program is going as planned.- Evaluated the strengths and flaws of the soft skills training program after the event is over and developed ways to improve for the future. Show less PLATLAB is one of annual event in AKPLAT in the form of laboratory training to train skills in basic microbiology techniques .The purpose of implementing the platlab is to increase knowledge and train skills in carrying out basic microbiological techniques specifically about Fermentation. The event was conducted with the concept of a webinar where the speakers discussed fermentation, while the participants practiced the knowledge they had gained by making their own fermented products at home. The theme of the Platlab event is "Fermentation and The Benefits on Your Bodies". This event was attended by around 50 participants and the targets of the Platlab activities are Biology students, FMIPA UI.
