      This role involves the negotiation of contracts between me and agents.notable artists I've worked with with Alarico, Kander, Faster horses etc. Liasing with the artists on the night is also part of my role, including hospitality such as taking the artist for dinner etc.This also involves dealing with the booking, and coordination of travel to and from the hotel. typically via airport. I have also found myself in situations where setting up certain performance equipment has fallen within my responsibility. This including CDJS, Mixers, Turntables and live PA Systems. I also handle the distribution of money to things relevant to the brand, such as promotional material, viable venue options/artist cost ratio and balancing profit vs loss by analysing the current pull of an artist.
