Collaborated with multi-disciplinary team to develop engineering drawings and technical specifications for excavation and disposal of lead-contaminated soil and sediment, and vegetative stabilization for streambank. Prepared contract bid package, attended on-site bid walk, and provided construction monitoring and contractor interface.• Prepared federal submittal for disposal of PCB contaminated sediments under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) in accordance with 40 CFR 761.61 during the remediation of a river in Western New York.RI/FS:• During floodplain investigation of Superfund Site, oversaw production of geographic information system (GIS) maps detailing sampling locations; developed and implemented property-owner database and sampling program website; and scheduled field team visits with property owners to conduct sampling. • Developed Feasibility Study (FS) and cost estimate for the remediation of VOC contamination of soils and groundwater at a former dry cleaning site. FS was prepared in accordance with EPA Guidance under CERCLA.Site Closure:• Prepared the Interim Remedial Action Completion Report (IRACR) for Area of Concern (AOC) at a former Air Force Base. Evaluated groundwater chemistry data to demonstrate biodegradation was occurring and developed Operating Properly and Successfully (OPS) reports in accordance with CERCLA for submittal to federal agencies.
