      During my experience at Photozuri, I developed a solid understanding of the trends and the use of a range of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok for personal branding and generating customer engagement, which ultimately led to generating sales. I was responsible for the following roles:1. Graphic design by generating graphic material for Company Social media pages, by editing appealing Photos and videos for marketing purposes using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Capcut.2. I created campaigns for Email marketing using tools such as Mail chimp and later Sendinblue. I leveraged email marketing to announce new product releases, offers and sending holiday wishes. 3. Using Social Media management Tools Such as Facebook Business Suite to schedule and regularly post content to maintain customer engagement.4. Checking for enquiries and responding to them in a timely manner, receiving customer feedback after they have received our services. This feedback helped in generating ideas to increase engagement and improve customer services. 5. Managing Pay Per Click campaigns on Instagram and Facebook to boost reach especially on content that have performed well organically.6. Through social media metrics and analytics, I was able to develop monthly digital marketing strategies including defining KPI’s for each social media channel. 7. Creative eye and problem solving skills by identifying market gaps, introducing new product ideas and implement them into existing platforms.8. Content curation and creation by doing extensive market research and keeping up with trends.Achievements: 1. Increased social media presence: Over the 3 years, I was able to grow followers by over 90% mainly on Instagram and Facebook. 2.
