Interviewed stakeholders to ascertain the gaps in the business that needed to be addressed, collated the information, presented to the Leadership Team. Created content and worked with an external agency on delivering the Foreign exchange and Interest rate risk management Online Training Modules. Successfully launched the modules delivered to our Global markets staff as well as our Business bankers and analysts.
