      Management of 4 development programs for OEM car manufacturers with total budget of 0.6M$, with accountability for quality of product and process - Close follow-up of the schedules and of the documentation. Leadership of the communication with the customers leading to the completion of 2 projects and the 2 others in line with requirements and deliverables- Systematic identification of opportunities to improve the financial KPIs of the projects. Preparation of detailled price breakdowns and negotiation with the customers led to a price increase of 20% for one project (moving the Return On Sales from -4% a +12%).Management of production transfers for 4 customers (30 product references, half of which dedicated to the exportation market)- Early identification of the issues and requirements of the customers and of our subsidiaries.
