I have skills on leading Lean Assessments events to identify the business problem based on a QDC analysis, based on it I also have skills to elaborate a macro action plan to improve the process and implement the necessary tools like 5S, Kanban, Set-up Reduction and Continuous Flow. I also have skills to lead Six Sigma projects using the DMAIC routine and specifc tools like PMAP, SIPOC, MSA, CEP, Cause and Efect Diagram, 5 Why, Line Side Review and others. During this period we also achieved some lay-out changes for production improvement, enhnaced visual management as base for problem solving, job standardization for Takt-time Planning implementation, heijunka and pull system for machining processes, held ISO 9000, TS, 14000 and VDA (VW) certifications and guided cultural changes with High Performance Teams and Excellence on Customer Service according to Disney Institute consultancy. Show less Responsible for deploying the corporate Lean Strategy on a recent acquired division for Parker at Diadema (SP), during this period all employees were introduced to the Lean Corporate training sessions and key lean elements were implemented such as 5S, team improvement boards, standard work and others. At the manufacturing after applying the value stream mapping some key VS's reduced their lead times on over 45%. On the offices we also reached a good level of visual management for problem solving and standard work for team dimensioning at the offices.
