      Cornell's Herpetological Society is dedicated to educating the public on herpetology, animal safety, and environmental conservation. I organize multiple outreach events per semester for both students and the public, where we focus on promoting awareness about common misconceptions regarding reptiles and amphibians by providing a safe environment for people to interact with our animals and learn about them.       In charge of managing all club and nonprofit administration, delegation of tasks to board members, and oversight of all podcast production. I also manage the marketing, recruitment, financial and educational activities run by the organization. I also prepare all educational materials and direct the production of new episodes by our members. Scientific communication has been a longtime passion of mine. As one of the producers, I work with a team of writers to draft, record, and produce podcast episodes on a topic involving Medicine, Science, and/or Technology. We release multiple episodes per school semester, with one of them being my own. Developing skills include proficiency with Adobe Audition, audio recording, editing, and mixing, script writing, voice acting, scientific communication, and online research.

      The August Lab is an Immunology focused lab that is interested in understanding the molecular and inflammatory pathways that underlie various conditions including Asthma, COVID-19, Influenza, and Allergic Pneumonitis. My work currently involves processing of RNA Sequencing data in order to understand the genetic variation responsible for T cell-based immune regulation during influenza infection in the lungs.
