  As a member of the Infrastructure Migration Team during the Abbott-Solvay integration, successfully led the replacement and rollout of 150+ new laptops, employing the latest OS and accompanying CRM software, contributing significantly to achieving project milestones without business interruption.Apart from supporting day-to-day various Infrastructure components (Desktops and Servers, Telecommunications maintenance and upgrades, Software Management, User Account Management, Mobility support, IT Compliance etc.), my role allowed me to stand out, earning a local affiliate GMI award for implementing a cloud solution for fast and secure file transmission between our organization and Cegedim Server Farm, resulting in a considerable reduction of lapsed time and cost regarding the CRM system's file transfer.Played a major role in the global Active Directory Domain Consolidation project, acquiring the expertise, leading the project for the local affiliate and maintaining close contact with the global project leaders throughout.As an IT lead of the new CRM software implementation project, MI MAX by Cegedim, quickly managed to assimilate new business requirements and actively contribute to reaching the various project milestones and deliverables successfully.
