      Site Lead/Training Coordinator

On-site lead for covid/diagnostic testing, under contract with Disney/ABC Studios in NYC. Head Clinician for "Live with Kelly & Ryan", ABC Studios HQ (located at 47th W St.), and site-lead at "Good Morning America" (located at Times Square Studios); providing testing/diagnostics for on-air talent, production crew members, and featured guests while keeping in compliance with every and all HIPAA laws and healthcare clinical standards. Also built strong rapport with each Disney/ABC production's health and safety manager to create more streamlined testing schedules that worked best for a specific show/production, and answering any questions they have regarding our policies, protocols, and scope of practice. At times, I performed concierge testing for high-level/VIP patients within each production under contract and coordinated high-volume same-day testing for certain movie premieres in NYC (patient/clients included the celebrities, guests, and press). I became the first official Training Coordinator, created original training courses/written tests, and was the sole orientation instructor for all existing employees and new hires for the Flow Health NYC branch. Attended bi-weekly meetings with other lead clinicians and district operations coordinator to discuss and solve any issues within the scope of our operations and proposed any policy or protocols that should be implemented in order to keep our staff and clients safe regarding covid/health and safety. Worked on-site at filming/set locations throughout the city, coordinating same-day testing with both the production and the covid testing vendor while handling the logistics with our health and safety team and other production departments in order to accomplish this task efficiently and parallel to the production's filming schedule. Attended meetings with my supervisors and production/department heads to address anything that needs to be adapted or changed in regards to health and safety, and contributing ideas for solutions or more efficient ways to accomplish overall production goals as related to our department.
