In addition to being a technical trainer, I assisted in the content development of custom and scheduled courses and the mentoring, development and approval of Authorised Training Partner (ATP) instructors.Writing, reviewing and updating of exam questions for the Veritas certification program.During my time with Veritas Education Services I have delivered backup, high availability, storage virtualisation and archiving courses. Products taught include NetBackup, PureDisk, Backup Exec, Cluster Server, Storage Foundation (both latterly in InfoScale form) and Enterprise Vault.As well as 'live' training, I have recorded a number of video-on-demand training (VODT) classes.
