  Within two months of arriving at Unicef I had revived several projects that had stalled due to lack of available resource. I delivered on the first two by August, delivering a new automated work request system and reviving a third party compliance audit. By 6 months I had delivered a new restructured pipeline, portfolio and project management framework plus methodology and associated template documents and training workshops for the Data Management team. By December I gathered together all the various initiatives to do with SMS donations and managed the process to claim over £500,000 of gift aid on historical donations as well as designing the new system to integrate SMS donations and gift aid claims into the new CRM system. I then started running the GDPR compliance project; a cross-organisational piece of work that aims to ensure adherence to the new model by developing a bespoke, pragmatic approach to the legislation which builds supporter relationships and gain trust.
