  I assisted and in some instances stepped up to temporarily run the operation when it came to the process of renovating houses as well as keeping them in running order. Common tasks include, managing workers, coordinating communications, making payments, as well as carpentry, basic pluming, basic electric, drywall, flooring, aesthetics, ect. Most of all I gained an understanding on what it takes to make and keep a property operational on every level and how I can do better to align my supervisor's vision with my own when it comes to taking on large scale projects.
