Completed regular rounds to meet consumers at Cold Weather shelter, the day shelter, Rescue Mission, Salvation Army and CASA Abused Women's shelter. I assisted linking individuals to basic needs (food, shelter, id, birth certificate) and completion of paper work for other agencies such as Social services and Housing, Community Action Council. Priority was for mental health stability and sobriety. Linking consumers with necessary community services including counseling, rehab and support groups.
