  • Alternate between 4 major positions according to the schedule prepared by the supervisor.• (1) Assistant Mechanic - Inspect, maintain, repair, or replace motorcycle components according to the Work Order (WO). Perform routine checks, especially on the wear and tear parts, and suggest necessary actions. Crosscheck with the WO to ensure all tasks were done before releasing the bike to the customer.• (2) Service Advisor – Greet customers' arrival politely with the ‘Salam Satu Hati’ slogan as a standard set by Astra Honda. Communicate with customers while performing first-level analysis and listen to customers' complaints (if any) to further investigate any abnormalities on their motorcycle. Fill in the service form with the details gathered throughout the process and guide the customers to the next stage. Communicate with the Receptionist and Mechanics when the motorcycle was ready for collection.• (3) Receptionist – Process the service form received from the Service Advisor and convert it to Work Order. Advise customers about the estimated cost and request consent to proceed with the work. Process the completed WO and issue an invoice to collect payment from customers prior to releasing the motorcycle. • (4) e-Customer Relation Management - follow up, send a reminder to the customer and upload the daily report to the database.   • Brainstorm with Research and Development (R&D) team to identify opportunities for new products. Define product specifications and possible improvements to increase motorcycle performance for street use, track racing, or both.• Assumed the role of the designer in charge for exhaust, camshaft, airbox, and radiator.• Perform 3D scanning to aid design development, taking advantage of the scan data to ease reverse engineering, in-context design, as well as for product inspection.• Develop a 3D conceptual design using SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS Discovery (with SpaceClaim) simultaneously to perform rapid engineering simulations to explore design possibilities within a short period of time.• Produce working prototypes using FDM 3D printers (Ultimaker and Creality) as well as SLA 3D printers which were sliced using Ultimaker Cura and Chitubox.• Liaise with mechanics to perform fitment tests of the prototypes to check for any interference, or misalignment and conduct a performance test if applicable.• Prepare the finalized 3D & 2D drawings for manufacturing, complete with annotations, CMF, GD&T, and BOM.
