Courses include moving and handling trainer course and annual update, managing moving and handling risks in care homes, personal planning and person centred writing, safeguarding, IT courses, end of life, bereavement, understanding and managing behaviour that challenges - now referred to as positive management support, dementia awareness, first aid, health and safety. I also support Home Managers to ensure their training compliance statistics are exceptional, and manage a training hub. I am the lead trainer for moving and handling people and basic first aid.
