Responsible for the development of civilian, military peacetime, military wartime, contingency, and other manpower programming factors, tools and determinants.Evaluate 15 complex operational plans to deploy Air Force assets for expeditionary, contingency operations while reviewing operational plans concerning their feasibility for outer years, as well as for the projection of air power worldwide.       Synchronized a multi-service, multi-functional weapons accountability team in daily inspections/compliance of US provided firearms to Afghan National Army (ANA) and Afghan National Police (ANP). Provided assistance with Counter-Terrorism efforts for a systemic missing weapons issues nation-wide. Secured medical supply compliance efforts with ANA central distribution center; Kabul, AfghanistanHeaded daily operations and administrative functions designed to coordinate combined Afghan-US counter-insurgency special operations throughout Afghanistan by accounting for all weapons provided by US government. Conducted extensive inspections of weapon supply warehouses and depots to ensure 100% accountability nation-wide. Investigated/discovered missing weapons ultimately leading to the re-capture of $100 thousand worth of assets. Achieved a 65% increase in medical supply compliance by re-organizing $235 million warehouse in accordance with newly established federal laws and regulations. Established supply chain management procedures to improve ordering, processing and shipping of medical supplies to Afghan-wide supply depots.
