  Currently responsible for Electrical Maintenance and Improvement projects of CCR 1,2,3 plants and Utility plants like Water Treatment plant, Effluent Treatment plant and RO plant. Also working on detail engineering of upcoming Zero Liquid Discharge project. Front Line Engineer for Installation and Commissioning of CCR-3 project (SMS Meer Technology) in Dahej premises with 35tph capacity of copper rod production. Had an opportunity to visit Germany for Inspection and testing of SMS Electrical Panels. Also had on the job training in China (AMER plant, Tongling, China). Incharge for Maintenance and Troubleshooting of 220 kV Main Receiving Station (MRS-1 and MRS-2), 135 MW Captive Power Plant and Oxygen Plants. In Dec. 2016 carried out complete rewinding of 24.5MW Turbo Generator in coordination with Indian Engineering Company (IEC) Baroda. Responsible for condition monitoring of equipment. Member of ENERGY SAVING TEAM of Birla copper. Achieved energy saving by installation of LEDs and installation of VFDs
