Took over as interim Director of International Sales.Coordinated and supported the sales efforts of our international resellers and partners. Visited them throughout Europe and hosted them at our annual conference. Wrote technical documentation for KnowledgeMan and Guru, which were integrated DBMS and expert system development tools using a 4GL programming language. Coordinated the translation of product user interface strings, edited code to accommodate 14 languages, generated, tested, and supported foreign language versions of KnowledgeMan and Guru.

  As part of the R&D team, managed a team of eight technical writers and platform developers to produce excellent technical content for Genesys customers and partners using Customer Interaction Center (CIC). Library included ~13,000 pages of content. Wrote technical CIC documentation and online help. Helped hire and train the new PureCloud documentation team in Raleigh. Implemented Acrolinx as a best-practice content analysis, terminology, and editing tool. Managed the software finalization release process along with the efforts of five teams (35 members), including Documentation, Localization, Installation Development, Build Process, and Development Testing. Responsible for product release staging and CD/DVD interface development and delivery. Took InstallShield training and used DemoShield for media interfaces. As part of a new computer telephony startup company, wrote technical documentation for the new, flagship product Enterprise Interaction Center (EIC).
