  I had been exposed to corporate consulting, which was predominantly employer focused. I envisioned a company with more of an employee focused strategy, so excitingly MEMP Financial Services (Pty) Ltd. was born.For 21 years, MEMP Financial Services never lost a corporate client- following its unique servicing methodology. In 2021, MEMP merged with a national company in the hopes of being able to touch more lives. Unfortunately the ethos of the businesses were not aligned, forcing Rob to leave behind what was MEMP Financial Services, but resulting in the exciting venture that is the MEMP Group (Pty) Ltd..   As the Chief Executive Officer of the MEMP Group, I believe in furthering our clients employee benefit arrangements by implementing and maintaining our unique servicing methodology. With a focus on client relations, market research and strategic planning, I use my expertise to not only build my business, but constantly demand the level of service promised, outlined by our unique servicing methodology. The way in which MEMP Group delivers its financial services, has seen the MEMP brand never having lost a corporate client in over 20 years. This, due to my personal philosophy that formed the foundation of my business: relationships are everything. Myself, together with my team, work every day on building a family based empire, whereby the needs of our members are met first and foremost, thus resulting in our ability to reach our vision of positively touching as many lives as possible.
