  Worked on customer escalations across the endpoint products (HX and MIR). My responsibilities involve identifying potential bugs/issues, attending meetings with customers/support team, analyzing logs, and work on developing and delivering hotfixes and maintenance releases to customers. I am also involved as a key resource in code approval and change requests in perforce and git for maintenance releases. I have experience working on each step of the software development involving requirement and documentation, development of features and fixes, code validation, testing and automation, tagging and release.I primarily worked on nodeJS applications and specialized in server side components involving async workers and rest API servers using technologies like nginx, openssl, postgres etc. I also work extensively on cryptography and PKI related components and issues/bugs and have also frequently worked on client/agent issues in Windows, Mac and Linux.
