Completed a R153 Mio project, building a CDC for Nestlé at Longmeadow, within time and budget (as the Project Manager in September 2003).Completed extending and upgrading the DC in Bellville, Cape Town (R 13 Mio) in November 2004.Implemented Best Practices according to Nestlé Global Template to prepare the Distribution Centres for switch over to SAP.Involved with the materials handling configuration of the Distribution Centres within SAP. Support to the DC’s on materials handling (WMS) in SAP during configuration, testing and go-live. Responsible for training specific people at the DC’s on a specific section of SAP WMS. Responsible for monitoring specific areas of the DC’s, after go-live, within SAP.
