  International Trade Compliance Analyst

  Ensuring appropriate classification of products for international shipments from and into Europe and intercommunity shipments within Europe.• Managing and handling export documents (EX1, ABD, EUR1, ATR, COO) for our entities in Europe.• Collecting all necessary information to ensure creation of export documents to allow delivery on time.• Ensuring all time compliance in regards to national customs authorities, existing license and EU regulation also Export control.• Maintaining Free Trade Agreement program and license.• Requesting , reviewing and approving FTA (long term supplier declaration) from vendors.• Monitoring and updating FTA license if needed with local customs authorities.•Identifying changes in applicable rules, regulations, standards and related trends in the trade area that are relevant to the Trade Compliance Program and recommend necessary modifications to policies and procedures.• Assisting the European Trade Compliance Leader to ensure all import and export related activities are in compliance with regulations.• Communicate directly with Sourcing, Accounting, Customer Service, Logistics, and Product Stewardship, IT, freight forwarders and customs brokers.• Ensure compliance efforts are documented, monitored and audited to track efficacy.
