During the crushing season, he is in charge of the whole factory operations for the period of his 8 hours of shift ensuring that the operations team are doing their part to achieve the Operational KPI's. Has about 50 personnel reporting to him during operations.In the maintenance season, he reports to the Plant Engineer and would be responsible for the carrying out of through maintenance according to plan of the particular station.
