  Senior Performance Analyst

  My role as a Senior Performance Analyst is to support the institutionalization of strategic planning, performance monitoring, evaluation and reporting in all Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), using a results-based approach. I provide advice and guide to MDAs in the planning process, as well as monitor, analyse and report on the implementation and progress of related policies, programmes and projects. I also make recommendations on where the delivery of results against plans can be improved. Being a part of the Performance Management and Evaluation Branch of the Office of the Cabinet, I make a contribution to the establishment of standards and quality systems that support the Results-Based Management Framework and build the capacity of MDAs to plan effectively, monitor, evaluate and report on their performances.
