Also educate them to work with the new solution and in managing the it too such that there is minimum resistance to organizational changes due to the newly implemented solution. Show less • Responsible to identify Corporate/Chain Customers in the market overseas, pitch our solutions to them and implement the solution by following few guidelines required for implementing the ERP Chain solution. • Need to do an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) with the client one on one. Ask multiple questions to get an in-depth knowledge about the client’s business process. Document the gaps/pain points identified during the SOP and share it with the client for sign off.• After SOP, need to do the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) where we will create a test environment and set up the data as per the SOP, demonstrate it to the customer and get sign off for the same.• Post SOP and UAT, the actual implementation is kick started by renting a space from amazon web service where the centralized solution will be installed and all on premise solutions are installed at outlets. Raise tickets for the same in the CRM, follow it up and get it done.• Test the enhancements developed specifically for international market and certify the same so that it can be released as a patch to all the customers overseas.
