  Assisting in the development of state-of-the-art blood separation technology. This technology aims to effectively and continuously separate peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from other blood components by means of centrifugal force and microfluidics. PBMC is highly beneficial for regenerative medicine, medicinal therapy, and research purposes.List of Experiences:- Proposed biocompatible material for microchannel coating to increase the yield of PBMC recovery rate. - Redesign blood separator device using AutoCAD.- Operate laser cutting machine (Mercury II) using AutoCAD file as the cutting guide for fabrication of device prototype.- Participating in device testing for leak tests and testing with whole blood samples.- Perform nanoparticle tracking analysis (NanoSight NS300) to analyze the effect of electroporation on exosomes.- Working closely with mechanical and biological laboratory setups and precautions. - Working in a team and often engaging in discussion for next development plan.
