Customers included CareFirst, DC Government, Coventry Healthcare, and a couple others.- Designed the proposed Obamacare Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) for DC Government - $ 120M project, servicing about 220K enrollees. IBM/Infosys proposed solution included 10 middleware components including single sign-on, fraud detection, enterprise service bus, master data management, reporting, development tools, and others. IBM solution with some modifications to the original design was implemented - IBM technical lead for the Health Insurance Exchange for the State of South Carolina, which was implemented.- Member and Patient Care portal upgrade and deployment architecture redesign- Lead architecture for a new insurance portal application plattorm which went onto win an IBM business partner award.- Data Warehouse for health information Show less
