Through Crown, we have built the following:- The first Niagara-based, standalone AGCO-licensed cocktail kit delivery service focusing on personal gifting and customized corporate/wholesale gifting of spirited kits including alcohol, bespoke mixers, garnish, and personalized recipe cards featuring custom-designed cocktail offerings. - The first local retailer/wholesaler of barware, mixers, bitters, non-alcoholic spirits and more cocktail-focused ingredients in the Niagara region.- An ever-expanding client list of bars, restaurants, wineries, and brands across the Niagara region that we work with on overall menu strategy, product and recipe development, and beverage-focused service training, systems, and operations.       Miracle and its tropical, tiki-themed offshoot, Sippin' Santa, are global Christmas-themed pop-up cocktail bar Franchises represented in nearly 200 locations worldwide, serving holiday cocktails in a festive setting. As Director of Operations I have accomplished the following:- Designed and developed two custom company intranet platforms from scratch, responsible for housing all SOPs, marketing materials, collaborative forums for operators, and a robust e-commerce platform fully integrated with 3PL facilities to distribute signature wares to our Partner venues worldwide.- Onboarded and led Brooklyn-based 3PL partnership to receive and ship all mandated Partner glassware and decor orders from a centralized warehouse- Partnered with a Vancouver-based printing Partner to develop custom print-on-demand platform for Partner venues, responsible for housing all mandated menus and related marketing collateral, standardized with our brand templates and editable within our brand guidelines.- Developed and implemented a custom LRM platform complete with video training content for all SOPs and recipes, refreshed annually and tracked across entire operator network- Led project to commercialize prep recipes with manufacturing Partner, trialed in 2021 and rolled out system-wide in 2022 to enable consistent execution and reduce labor costs and time required for in-house prep.
