  I was fortunate enough to gain entry into the Victorian Apprenticeship System with Alan and Adam Winch.This small family business had large advantages in that I got to work closely with both Alan, whom at the time was Owner/Director at Inner Range and Adam who was regarded as one of the most advanced programmers of Inner Ranges' Concept 4000 control system.When both Alan and Adam had to go away for work, I was thrust into the Inner Range factory. During these times, I gained a range of experience, from simple production line duties through to electronic bench repairs of the Inner Range equipment.I am still in contact with my two 'MASTERS' and enjoy helping out with their National Customers here in QLD. In addition to the aforementioned valuable management experience, I also got to work on large applications in this role such as numerous Victorian Catholic Schools, Multiple Armaguard Depots, Mayne Health HQ and Glaxo Smith Kline sites.
