Key accomplishments included coordinating the administrative rulemaking process for the MEEIA legislation which transformed the state regulatory framework related to utility energy efficiency investments.Legislative Coordinator- Developed and coordinated legislative efforts for the MO Department of Revenue, Taxation Division. Assisted in the drafting of revenue generating legislative proposals; monitored the progress of legislation; responded to requests for information; provided testimony before legislative committees; consulted with agency staff regarding fiscal impact of legislation; and coordinated the preparation and submission of fiscal notes.
