Total completion 1,000 keys with a future 1,000 in the pipeline.Responsibilities include: client lead feasibility studies, budget analysis to project final account, program strategies through to onsite installations, design coordination and quality control of proprietary and bespoke case goods, soft furnishings and lighting, logistics of multiple sub-contractor installations, snagging and final sign-off of all fixed and loose furniture, fixtures and equipment. Budget assessment includes identifying VE targets, analysis of supplier materials and construction options and lead times, whilst ensuring the high specification requirements of the 4 & 5* operator brand standards are met.As the Project Manager I developed and implemented the company’s Health & Safety and QA procedures for the multiple on-site sub-contractors. Managed the interface between the works and the training of the hotel staff through the hotels becoming operation.On behalf of the client reviewed and approved manufacturers shop drawings in accordance with the projects scheme design documents. Secured warranties from suppliers, coordinated final electrical commissioning where it interfaces with FFE items and lead the production of O&M manuals. Managed and optimized the integration of client, operator and other stakeholders variation requests.Clear ability to synthesize multiple sources of information at various levels of definition into clear and succinct project instructions.
