  Provide leadership and vision for the college in order to ensure its future. Currently involved with strategic planning, undergraduate and graduate admissions and marketing, accreditation and institutional effectiveness, academic support services, student services, budgeting and curriculum development. Recent project include successful completion of a seven-year accreditation visit with our regional accrediting body and the approval of a new institutional strategic plan. Served as President of the college during a period of turnover and transition. Accomplishments include stabilizing and lowering the discount rate. Growing enrollments while increasing net revenue per student. Gaining approval for the college to join the NAIA athletic conference and launching five new sports. Creating and gaining approval for a unique donor agreement that provide matching in the form of debt forgiveness for all major.
