Budget circa £5m Intranet CRM packaging * Project responsible for upgrading functionality on Intranet CRM packages in use by over 1200 Corporate Relationship Managers. Changes included consolidation of the server hardware in the Data Centre sites and decommissioning of old technology platform. CRISP* Led the installation of a new strategic Credit Risk platform. Involved deployment of new UNIX (AIX) servers running Websphere in Central Data Centre sites, extensive 3rd party management and implementation of new thick client to approx. 2000 users within Corporate. Currency on Demand* This project enhanced customer choice in branch when ordering travel money by launching an on-demand, pre-packaged travel money service.
