      Eaton is a power management company providing solutions to its customers to manage electrical, hydraulic and mechanical power.As part of my Masters Dissertation I worked with Eaton to design a fuel floater model that would allow them do develop a new contractual agreement on how fuel was charged to Eaton. It involved analyzing their transportation network and their costs allocated to fuel. The outcome was that Eaton had valid grounds to negotiate a transparent pricing model.

Business analysis for Amazon exports, packaging, transit time, carrier performance amongst other subject areas using SQL, Microsoft Excel and other business analysis tools. Management of 3rd party transport services to ensure that the delivery success rate met the customer promise. This led to a 66% improvement compared to last year’s Xmas period.Configuring the algorithm for Amazon’s European fulfilment network providing precision of rates, transit time and processing. Nexon are considered the fathers of the revolutionary free-to-play model after becoming the first company to provide such a service in the early 90s. Since then the industry has exploded with Nexon becoming one of the leading F2P companies worldwide. The company services game titles such as Maple Story, Combat Arms, Counter Strike Online, DOTA 2 and FIFA Online.This role requires me to expand, optimize and manage a payment network across 4 Continents, 17 currencies and 100+ payment service partners such as PayPal, Skrill, Paysafecard and Boku. I work with partners from Asia, Eastern Europe, Turkey, Russia, Western and Central Europe as well as partners in Latin and North America.Key responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating new contracts to add competition, selection and alternative payment services for Nexon users while managing commissions and optimizing payment flows to benefit Nexon as a company. Project management across departments is required in this role. An example of a project that I have led and completed are the integration of new payment service providers such as Boku, MoPay and Xsolla – this includes sourcing, negotiating, reviewing contracts, managing technical implementation, managing the operation of the partner and then reviewing performance. Representation of Nexon is a key part of the role and I have represented Nexon in several capacities. As a payment manager I am the first point of contact for all payment issues. This includes attending trade events such as Gamescom while visiting and hosting potential and existing business partners. Data is essential to this role as it provides visibility into partner performance and I use Excel and SQL to assist in making business decisions.
