  As the Sports Secretary at IIT Gandhinagar, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of sports management within the college. My duties include organizing and managing sporting events and competitions, coordinating practices and training sessions for athletes, maintaining equipment and facilities, and developing relationships with coaches, athletes, and other stakeholders. As the overall coordinator of Hallabol, I led a successful 11-day college event with 11 sports and over 1200 participants, managing a team of 92 and securing 60% of the event's budget through strategic marketing and sponsorships, increasing participation by 43% from the previous year.
