      Chad Riley is a personal property appraiser specializing in fine art servicing the Windsor-Essex County Region. Riley is also the Director of the Leamington Arts Centre.He completed the core course in appraisal studies earning his ISA distinction from the International Society of Appraisers and he is fully compliant with the 2020-21 Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP.) Riley is a member of both the United States ISA as well as the Canadian Chapter.

      As the Director of the Leamington Arts Centre (LAC) Chad is responsible for the effective and profitable operation of the organization; finance and administration, planning and delivery of exhibitions, events and community programs, as well as education programs, venue rentals, art acquisitions and collection management, marketing, fund development, donor and member services and all matters of the daily operations of the LAC. The LAC serves the community as a contemporary art gallery and cultural centre servicing primarily the Windsor, Essex and Kent County Region. The 10,000 square foot facility offers four large art galleries, in addition to the Market Place Artist Market, Cafe and Wine Bar, and Art Supply Store, Community Meeting Rooms, Offices and Educational Spaces.
