      Throughout my career, I have been involved in various design projects, taking on leadership roles for several of them. These projects encompassed a wide range of areas, including the design of an incinerator plant, potato washing plant, aluminium cladding for a lift structure in Dubai, stone jaw crusher, retractable umbrella, tensile structure canopies, and other metal support structures.As a lead design engineer, my job responsibilities involved carefully studying and analyzing the 2D drawings provided by clients. I would then translate these drawings into detailed 3D models, followed by conducting feasibility tests using FEA (finite element analysis).One of my key strengths is providing innovative solutions and generating concepts based on problem statements. I would then transform these concepts into tangible 3D models using CAD software and perform thorough feasibility tests using FEA to ensure the viability of the designs.In addition to creating 3D models, I was responsible for producing comprehensive design data including CAD models, 2D drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and FEA simulations. Effective communication of this design data with both the team and clients was crucial for project success. I also played an active role in implementing design changes based on feedback and reviews.Throughout my work on various projects, I always kept manufacturability and feasibility in mind.       Designed & developed an Automated Peritoneal dialysis machine from scratch.Managed a team of 7 members, Conducted Scrum meetings, identified critical paths & ensured timely task allocation.Developed & integrated Multiple electro-mechanical subsystems into the product including Door locking, Fluid pumping, Pressure sensing, Flow control/Valving, Bubble sensing, volume measurement & Fluid heating subsystems.Designed appropriate isolating pads to mitigate vibrations from a peristaltic pump. Reduce the acoustic noise from 85 dB to 65 dB. Developed an innovative non-invasive pressure sensing technology to monitor fluid pressure. (Patented) Developed a mechanism to control fluid flow in elastomeric tubes non-invasively using an electromechanical valving system (Patented). Complied with 60601-2-39 standard for water ingress protection. Complied with 60068-2-27 & 60068-2-64 for Shock & Vibration testing & 60601-1-1 for push, drop & impact testing.
