      IT Admin Assistant

      I served as Personal Assistant to the IT Manager Africa-Pakistan. My duties included all travel arrangements and transfers both national and international for our various IT Managers. I completed monthly leave audits which comprises of updating the leave register for the IT department and informing managers of employees that had overdue leave. Arranged office events eg. Team-building, workshops as well as training sessions for staff also formed part of my duties. Extensive use of SAP when ordering and purchasing office equipment. Covered the daily administrative work such as filing, faxing, taking calls, minute taking. Compiled all the information for our monthly dashboard meeting. Was asked to be the Cost Champion for the IT Africa region which allowed me to find ways to reduced our I.T. infrastructure cost. Show less
