      • Established a cost reduction program backed with scientific and systematic data of identified waste and losses to realise KPI improvements of 10 % cost savings year on year.• Coordinated the Construct of cost Map for Royal Mail International totalling £80,393,763, with the involvement of 95% of Operational managers in Cost Deployment activities and the management of a team of experts (IT specialist and finance) to design process Maps and in-house tools for recording machine breakdowns and elements of cost. • Identified a total of £35,085,100 of losses, which equates to 54.5% of the cost perimeter, wrote project terms of reference of key projects, and equipped the managers with the relevant project management skills.• I deployed 9 successful projects and managed most of the project managers to release £4.9M savings, from the 2nd Iteration. With my assistance the Cost Deployment team gained 2 Points on the 5th Audit, this was one of the best achievements in all the Royal Mail centres. I managed to increase productivity in the Cross-Dock operation by 25%, tray induction 8% and reducing vehicle waiting time by 20% in Arrivals. • I was deployed to cover the Last Shift manager’s role at one of the Royal Mail sites at the Airport, monitoring inventory of Unit load devices (ULD’s), working with the airlines either to deliver or collect.
