  I participated in the Gaisce program to the Silver stage, and I developed many skills during the award, including hours in community service and involvement, as well as the development of my sport and a personal skill. The process was very rewarding and I thoroughly enjoyed the course.

  Captain of Concern All Island Debates Semi-Finalist Team

  I was lucky enough to participate as captain along with my school team in the Concern Debate All Island Competition, reaching the Semi-Finals. I developed a range of skills throughout this process, especially leadership and public speaking skills It was a great experience which brought on my abilities.

  Work Experience

  I was lucky enough to gain experience in RSA, in the Dublin branch of the international insurance firm. I picked up and developed many skills there, as well as learning the basics of fraud, insurance litigation, and how the industry works. It was a great experience and makes me appreciate the industry.

  I was fortunate to gain experience in a restaurant environment in the Tannery Restaurant Dungarvan. The experience was extremely useful and taught me a plethora of skills as well as an appreciation for the industry. I was very grateful for the opportunity and thank all the staff for having me.

  Trinity Outreach Mock Trial Winner 2024

  Myself and fellow debate team member Brian Wycherley won the Trinity Outreach Mock Trial Programme ran in the Philosophical Society of Trinity. It was a privilege to be judged and advised by barristers and solicitors, and it was an expansive and enjoyable experience.

  I had the great opportunity of work experience in international firm Taylor Wessing, which enabled me to explore the legal profession and learn office and solicitor skills. I am especially grateful to the partners and associates that helped me learn and work on the experience.
