También aprendí como balancear líneas de producción y como agilizar flujos de procesos de producción. De manera continua llegué a resolver problemas del día a día en las líneas de producción generando soluciones de manera analítica y eficaz, comunicando las áreas de mejora a los supervisores.As a Manufacturing Engineering intern at Pentair I developed various continuous improvement projects in different areas of the plant. I assisted the Senior Manufacturing Engineer on an everyday bases to learn about Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma processes. I also learned how to balance a production line and make Production flow more agile.
