  I lead a team of project managers delivering major transport infrastructure schemes across the Portsmouth area, e.g. Tipner motorway junction and Park & Ride, Northern Road (road over rail) bridge replacement, Dunsbury Park link road and the Hard Transport Interchange (c. £35 million in value).I am the programme manager for the Ports infrastructure improvements programme, delivering a series of construction schemes over the next few years totalling over £21 million. Upon conclusion of the programme, the Port will be able to handle a significant increase in size and number of cruise vessels. Deliverables include a new cruise terminal, increased length of berth infrastructure and two new passenger air bridges.I have experience of managing projects in port engineering, bridge maintenance, highway maintenance (including PFI contracts) and traffic signals.Programme manager of the Portsmouth Local Transport Plan (10 - 15 projects each year with value totalling £0.5M to £2.0M pa)Corporate category manager for Environment (including highway, open spaces and waste management strategic purchases).
