  1- Perform inspection on incoming materials2- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of the Work Scope 3- Preparing of Weld and NDT Map 4- Conduct inspection on Electrodes, Wire Filler and the other consumable to be as per WPS, and Check of backing of these consumables 5- Inspect/review material, weld quality, and testing to ensure compliance with code, standards, specifications, and Procedures. 6- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications 7- Controls installation, alignment and leveling 8- Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan 9- Monitor Piping and Mechanical operations and conduct required inspections work to resolve quality-related issues with workers 10- Witness pressure testing11- Checking of Surface Preparation for Painting and coating 12- Check the Paint film and coating to be as per Material datasheet and specifications13- Ensure correct procedure is followed for flange management 14- Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed in a timely matter meeting project deadlines عرض أقل
