The support offered to the clients varied according to package and need. Responsibilities included joint calls with the sales agent to perform a business analysis of the company's current systems and functionality, and propose a customized solution. Data backup and conversion of existing Sage ERP system to Palladium. Collaboration with developers to customize functions to suit organizations' procedures, in particular for manufacturing. Server setup and remote backup automation, installation of the application on user workstations, and setting user control access. Training all end users on the particular module they would use, developing custom financial documents using Crystal reports. Managing the SQL database to correct errors and amend tables. Creating test environments using client backup data to find and resolve system errors. Assisting clients perform program updates and maintaining version control across products. Creating procedure manuals to aid clients and new support staff understands the product and common error messages and fixes. For the last 4 months at Palladium, I began engaging with the Acumatica team for clients that had either need that had changed or outgrew the Palladium system.
