    Have experience in WASH sector of 54yrs & Rtd as E-in–C PHED of CG state India.In my executive capacity I was responsible for planning,execution & Mgt of Urban & Rural WS projects.I had developed perspective for decentralized governance systems for ensuring better service delivery of WS servicesThe association with govt. dept. in WASH sector has given me opportunity to contribute at policy level in improving access & coverage of WSS especially for the weaker sections in the difficult terrain characterized by water scares situations. Got opportunity to experiment innovative processes & technologies to ensure drinking water security, safety(Water Quality Monitoring & Mitigation) for district Durg & Korba CG with RS/GIS tool for decision making using IWRM technique & scaling up of IHH sanitation.My efforts have got recognition in form of presentation of findings & achievement at national & international forums.I was able to present my work in 8 countries besides representation at important national forums.At national level I am part of the committees in NITI Ayog &JJM DDWS responsible for developing national policies & guidelines etc. for WS sector. Have knowledge of WDN modeling using optimization technique,along with softwares for population projections,Hydraulic design of pumps,pump main,Green & conventional WTP, Structural design of storage. Worked for External aided project funded by KfW as Coordinator for 3 years, planning, designing, M&E of RWSS of MP based on benchmarking service level indicators(BSLI). Worked as faculty for WaSH for 4 years in Academy of Administration,Bhopal,to develop training modules & imparting training accordingly Worked in WaterAid India as Technical Adviser WASH. Based on BSLI studies;Convergence of various stake holders with community participation has been initiated as part of planning for sustainable habitat.Working with NDB as water supply Expert Working Principal Technical Advisor to GoCG for water Conservation. Ex NJJM task force member. Invited member for CPHEEO Manual & written 4 chapters.Working capacity building expert with UNOPS for JJM. Presently working with Aga Kan Foundation for Mozambique & other developing countries for climate resilient rural WSS with emphasis on solar water pumping system.
