      The lead technician for Nexteer EPS testing. It was my responsibility to run specialty one up tests for customers. Also responsible for training and managing the technical staff and resources in the EPS lab. (Direct supervision of 6 technicians, training of 16, and operation of 53 pieces of equipment). Responsible for all Column Electric Power Steering Validation. From forcasting costs and timing, to ensuring the resources were in place to complete the testing process on time and under budget. Machine building, uptime, and repair were also coordinated through me for the entire Nexteer Electric power steering Labs.
