  CBR is the Coke Boiler Replacement program which includes 2 cogens that will produce 800MW and steam needed for Suncor base plant and decommissioning coke fired boilers. I am working with a team to create the initial operating procedures, walking down equipment as it is handed over from the builders, creating training/qualification manuals and commissioning the plant. Working in Energy and Utilities at base plant, in charge of a wide array of equipment that includes: Coke fired boilers (producing 790PSI superheated steam at 800K lb/hr each), packaged boilers producing 425psi steam, turbines, air compressors, coke conveyor system with ball mills and feeders. Previous experience include working in the Delayed Coking Unit, Sulphur Recovery Unit and Hydrogen plant.
