  - Part of contract support team of 6 dedicated to implement Brammer's largest and fastest growing EMEA Contract with $40m annual turnover, spanning 9 countries and 30+ locations. - Parachuted in to rescue failing implementation on 2016's fastest growing account across 3 countries ($5m).- Specialising in service delivery, leading projects to drive internal efficiency through process optimisation and data quality, which included ERP implementations and supporting integrated B2B transactions design.- Designed and developed a prototype database dedicated to improve internal efficiency leading to improved customer service and supporting rapid growth, later becoming its Product Owner leading the implementation across the key contract locations throughout EMEA.- Designed and implemented processes for large scale quotations, increasing output through improved organisation and automation, data collation and scrubbing, adding a KPI suite for direct submission to CEO. - Implemented the SharePoint site for the Alcoa & Ma'aden Contract and the Brammer Iceland business as part of the new company intranet project supporting key processes, team collaboration and projects - Led the implementation of the customer's Oracle Inventory ERP, integrating their inventory processes with purchasing and maintenance- Designed a key account specific vending commercial proposal leading to the implementation of vending solutions in Iceland, Norway, France- Supported the implementation of 3 separate vending solutions at locations in Norway and Iceland delivering over €530k in savings Show less - Supported the setup Brammer's single largest branch operation and first in Iceland.
