  Duties Ensuring proper communication & implementation of HSE Plan, Policies, Procedures & Risk Assessments. Work performed within their areas of control is conducted in a safe manner in compliance to the project HSE Plan. Ensure that all new employees or operatives working with AGC-A have received the HSE Induction Training on the day of joining based on the Project.  Liaise with relevant personnel as required, Business Unit Heads, Project Managers, Supervisors, and assigned Emergency Response Personnel for the effectiveness implementation of project HSE Plan. Inspect and monitor the place of work, ensuring that all HSE procedures, safe working practices are being carried out properly in accordance with relevant HSE legislation and the requirements of AGCA, Ensure that records or checklists are completed and filed for all inspections, Accidents, audits and exercises, Conduct Risk Assessments and carry out Job Safety Analysis in coordination with Supervisors and Operators, Coordinate the HSE activities between the Project and any other individual contractors or subcontractors who may be working with AGC-A and Liaise with Client’s/Customer’s Safety Representative. Recruit, interview, hire & allocate safety staff for 3 three projects and performance evaluation of all staff under leadership Show less
